摘  要:目的:观察630nm和808nm低强度激光单独照射和联合照射对Wistar大鼠背部皮肤创伤愈合的作用,为双波长激光在临床的应用提供参考;方法:将32只大鼠随机分为四组,每组8只,用手术剪在每只Wistar大鼠背部造四个对称的圆形皮肤全层切割型创口,4个创口按部位统一编号(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ);A组-空白对照组,B组-630nm单波长低强度激光照射组,C组-808nm单波长低强度激光照射组,D组-630/808nm双波长低强度激光照射组;三个照射组中的大鼠背部创口用低强度激光连续照射14天,每天一次,每个创口照射10分钟;隔天描记、计算创面面积,对数据做统计分析,在伤后第3,7,14天对创口取活检做常规HE染色,光镜下进行组织病理学评价;结果:630nm单波长照射组与630nm/808nm双波长照射组创伤愈合情况较另外两组好,结果具有统计学意义,808nm单独照射组没有表现出改善作用;结论:使用630nm单波长或630nm/808nm双波长低强度激光照射,都能有效促进Wistar大鼠皮肤创伤的愈合过程。Objective: To evaluate effects of low-intensity laser irradiation (LILI) with combination of 630 and 808 nanometers (nm) on cutaneous wound healings of Wistar rats, and to provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods: Both macroscopical and histopathological means were used for the evaluation. We made four circular excisions on the dorsum of each rat, and then we irradiated wounds in treated groups once a day for a consecutive 14 days. During the treatment, we recorded the outline of one of the four wounds in each rat every other day and calculated their areas to do statistical analysis. The other three wounds in each rat were biopsied seperately and specimens were observed after HE staining under microscope. Results: There are significant differences in area reductions between the groups which used 630nm, alone or together with 808nm, and the groups which did not. The irradiation of 808nm alone seems to fail in improving wound healings in this experiment. Conclusions: LILI with 630nm alone, or the combination of 630 and 808nm could improve cutaneous wound healings of Wistar rats significantly.
