摘 要:本文研究空时格码迹设计准则的改进问题。原迹准则的不足在于仅考虑了码的最小迹,故不能有效的选取最优码。针对这一不足,本文首先提出了以迹分布作为衡量码性能主要依据的思路。然而迹分布仍不能完全决定码的性能,于是文中导出了一个新的错误概率上界,并在此基础上又提出了以特征值和方/方和比分布来补充和完善迹分布的思路。最后综合以上两个分布,本文给出了一个改进的空时格码设计准则,并根据这一准则找到了一些新码,仿真结果表明这些新码的性能为目前已知码中最优的。The improvement of the trace criterion for designing space-time trellis codes (STTCs) is studied in this paper. In the trace criterion only the minimum trace is considered. This is a flaw for this criterion, because it makes the trace criterion can not select the best codes efficiently. To overcome this flaw, firstly the trace distribution is put forward, which dominates the code error performance. However the trace distribution still can not determine the code error performance completely. Then after a new error probability upper bound is derived, the eigenvalue sum-square/square-sum ratio distribution is presented and considered to be the supplement of the trace distribution. Finally based on the two distributions mentioned above, an improved criterion for designing STTCs is developed. According to this criterion some new codes are found, and the simulation results show that the new codes are the best codes as we know.
