摘  要:以环氧氯丙烷为原料合成了聚环氧氯丙烷,并优化出最佳工艺条件,进一步季铵化得到聚环氧氯丙烷季铵盐。利用静态失重法对聚环氧氯丙烷季铵盐在硫酸酸洗液中对A3钢的缓蚀性能进行了研究。探讨了缓蚀剂浓度、酸洗温度等因素对缓蚀率的影响,聚环氧氯丙烷季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂在碳钢表面的吸附规律,发现该阳离子表面活性剂在碳钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式。结果表明,聚环氧氯丙烷季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂具有缓蚀效率高、用量少、酸洗耗酸量低等优点,说明聚环氧氯丙烷季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂可做为一种多功能的酸洗缓蚀剂,在酸洗工业中具有广阔的应用前景。Polyepichlorohydrin first is synthesised from epichlorohydrin, optimizing the best of conditions, and being further optimization to synthesis polyepichlorohydrin quaternary. Corrosion properties of polyepichlorohydrin quaternary ammonium sulfate on the A3 steel in acid lotion were studied by using the static weight-loss.The anti-acidfume efficiency was evaluated by ourselves.The result showed that the quaternary ammonium polyepichlorohydrin quaternary cationic surfactant could be used as solution inhibitor of carbon steels in HCl solution.The relationship of concentration of the cationic surfactant with the efficiency has been studied.The mechanism of inhibit ,and adsorption of the quaternary ammonium polyepichlorohydrin quaternary cationic surfactant has been disclosed.
