摘 要:针对海洋平台下水初期对平台水下钢结构腐蚀及阴极保护情况难以监视、测量的难题,设计并研制了一种简单且实用的初始极化监测记录仪。该记录仪固定在钢架水上部分,对海洋平台节点阴极保护电位场进行测量,以高速低功耗单片机C8051F020为核心,采用高精度12位A/D及大容量FLASH存储芯片,具有数据采集、数据处理及数据存储等功能,并且采用曲线拟合方法,基本消除了IR降对测量的影响。实验证明:该系统具有测量精度高、功耗低、操作简便、实用性强等特点。目前该仪器已经在东海石油平台上小范围应用。In view of difficulties to monitor the corrosion potential of the steel frame construction at the early stage when the offshore platform was pulled into the sea, a practical and low-power monitoring and recording apparatus of initial polarized electrode was developed. This apparatus, which was based on a high speed SOC C8051F MCU and used a 16 bit A/D and mass mem- ory flash, had the ability to monitor the cothodic protection polarized electrode field and record the collected data. The experimental results prove that the apparatus features high precision, low power consumption, simple operation and high practicability. It is a state-of-art facility in the area of measuring and analyzing corrosion of steel frame in the early stage.
