摘　　要：为了解决某航空精密偶件孔径的测量及数据质量管理效率低下的问题,提出了利用计算机与智能仪表的串行通信实现自动测量及实时采集数据。并利用VB的MSChart控件实现了产品数据质量管理的智能化,提高了工作效率。数据管理模块有较强的通用性,可应用于类似的产品质量分析系统中。In order to resolve the problem of inefficiency in precision coupler measuring and data quality management, a method of automatic measuring and real-time data acquisition by serial communication between PC and intelligent instrument was brought forward. By using MSChart of VB, data quality management was intelligentized, and the efficiency has been improved. Data quality management is a module with excellent commonality, and it can be used in similar systems.
