摘　　要：为了远程实时监测农村电网电能质量参数,文中分析了当前农村电网存在的问题及监控系统的发展趋势,提出了一种基于Web技术的农村电网远程监控系统的设计方案。Web服务器采用JSP技术编程实现,现场监控单元主要采用S3C2410实现,用户可以使用浏览器通过Web服务器实现对现场监控单元状态的监控。In order to real-time remotely monitor the electric energy quality parameters of rural power network, this paper analyzed the existing problems of rural power network and the developing trend of the supervisory control system. It introduceda design project of remote power network monitoring system based on Web. The Web server adopted JSP technology, and field monitoring u-nit was implemented by S3C2410. Through the Web server, users can monitor and control the field monitoring unit by browsers.
