摘  要:针对某型燃气涡轮发电机组维修后无法迅速现场测试系统性能的问题,提出一种基于工控机的测试监控系统。系统采用先进的基于PC I总线的检测技术、智能仪表及虚拟仪器技术,可实时检测机组的电压、电流、功率等一系列电参数及机组工作时关键部位的温度等,并可对异常参数给予报警提示,其测量结果具有可靠性高、速度快、直观性强的特点,提高了系统测试的效率,有效节约了维修成本。对提高发电机组工作的可靠性和供电质量有很大帮助。Since the parameters of the gas turbo-generator cannot be tested in local rapidly after repairing, a test and monitor system based on IPC was presented. It adopted advanced measure technology based on PCI bus,intelligent appearance and Ⅵ technology, and can check voltage, electric current, power, and temperature of key parts on real-time. Simultaneously it can give an alarm when the parameter is abnormal. Its result has characteristics of high reliability, high speed and intuitionistic. So it can improve efficiency of test system maximum and save repair expenditure. The system helps for improving reliability of gas turbo-generator set and power quality.
