摘  要:通过磁保持继电器在预付费电能表中的应用设计,详细介绍了一种磁保持继电器的控制方案。单片机根据电能表的剩余电量和工作状态,控制由IR2110组成的驱动电路发出脉冲信号,以驱动由MOSFET组成的H桥双向导通。H桥的负载为磁保持继电器的线圈,正反2个方向的脉冲流过继电器线圈,使其在2个稳态之间切换。文中重点介绍了IR2110驱动电路的设计和控制。该控制方案具有一定的通用性,可应用于多种场合。A scheme used to control self-perpetuating relay was introduced, which was applied in prepay WATT-hour meter design. The single chip microcomputer controlled driver circuit consist of IR2110 to outlet pulse signals according to power remainder and state of WATT-hour meter, so as to drive H-bridge circuit consist of MOSFET. When positive and negative pulse overpass the H-bridge whose load is windings of self-perpetuating relay, the self-perpetuating relay can be switched between double stable state. The design and controlling of driver circuit were illuminated in detail. This scheme can generally be applied in many occasions by reconstructing a little.
