肝胆湿热证的研究

摘　　要：采取证病结合,方证对应的方法对肝胆湿热证进行多指标研究。研究结果发现,肝胆湿热证时机体处于应激状态,炎症、缺血较重,脂质过氧化病理产物自由基释放增加,血管处于扩张状态,毛细血管通透性增加。Multi -parametric Studies were made on damp -heat syndrome of the liver - gallbaldder by the method of combination of TCM - syndrome and diseases, and correspondence between recipes and syndromes. The results reveales that such patients were in the state of stress, with rather severe inflammation and ischemia, the liberation of free radicals of the pathological products of peroxidation of lipids were increased and the blood vessles were in a state of dilatation, the permeability of capillaries was also increased.
