摘  要:分别通过溶液法和阳极电化学腐蚀法制得聚苯胺(PANI)和多孔硅,并用匀胶机涂布法把聚苯胺嵌入到多孔硅中,观察了嵌入前后的样品的光致发光谱。实验结果表明,聚苯胺的嵌入增强了多孔硅的光致发光强度,却不改变其峰位及峰宽,这与现有文献报道的结果有所不同,并对此进行了分析。认为聚苯胺掺入多孔硅中之后,与硅形成了新的键,从而使多孔硅的光致发光得到增强。Polyaniline (PANI) and porous silicon were prepared via solution method and anodic electro-chemistry etching method, respectively. And polyaniline was inserted into porous silicon by spin-coating method. The photoluminescence properties of the samples before and after coating with polyaniline were observed. The results, which are very different from relative literatures, show that there is an increase in the luminescence efficiency, but the position and the width of the peak are not altered. The reasons are discussed; the increase of the photoluminescence of porous silicon is mainly due to the new bands formed between polyaniline and porous silicon.
