摘 要:以壳聚糖(CTS)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)作为复铁聚合氯化铝(CF-PAC)絮凝的助凝剂,处理武汉市晨鸣造纸厂气浮段污水,考察了以CF-PAC为絮凝剂,以CTS和PAM作助凝剂的情况下对CODcr和SS的去除效果。结果表明:CF-PAC、PAM和CTS投加量分别为15mg·L-1、5mg·L-1和1mg·L-1时,絮凝效果最佳,CODcr与SS的去除率分别可达55.2%与98.2%,与传统絮凝剂PAC与PAM相比,CODcr与SS的去除率分别提高了7.9%和21.8%,药剂成本下降了18.4%,具有明显的经济与环境效益。We used chitosan (CTS) and polyacrylamide (PA/VI) as the floccuhnt of the iron-PAC (CF-PAC) flocculation to deal with the flotation sewage ofWuhan Chenming Paper sewage. We examined the removal effects of CODcr and SS when use the CF-PAC as the flocculant and the PAM and CTS as the coagulant aid. The result showed that: the best amount ofCF-PAC, PAM and CTS dosage was 150 mg / L, 5mg / L and 1 mg / L respectively, the removal rate of CODcr and SS was 55.2% and 98.2% respectavely, compared with the traditional flocculant like PAC and PAM, the removal rate had increased by 7.9% and 21.8% respectively, the cost of flocculant has been reduced by 18.4%. So it has obvious economic and environmental benefits.
