摘 要:在化学镀Ni-P合金镀液中加入氧化铝微粒并采用适当镀敷工艺,可获得在合金基底上呈弥散分布的Ni-P-Al_2O_3复合非晶镀层,其显微硬度在镀态为6000MPa,经400℃热处理后高达11000MPa,具有良好的耐磨抗蚀性能。DSC分析表明:其晶化特征与Ni-P合金相同。The composite NJ-P-Al_2O_3 amorphous coating in which Al_2O_3 small particles are dispersed can be obtained by addition of Al_2O_3 small particles into the electroless plating bath of Ni-P in the as-plated. The microhardness al the coating is more than 6000 MPa in plated condition and over 11000 MPa after annealing at 400℃ for 1 hour, which would be an excellent wear resistant material This coating has excellent corrosion resistance. DSC measurements show that both Ni-P and Ni-P-Al_2O_3 amorphous alloys coating have the same crystallization behaviors.
