摘　　要：受教育权利是公民的一项基本权利,然而在我国高校普遍存在大学生受教育权受阻问题。本文以此为着眼点探讨了高校读者受教育权受阻形式及其成因,并就如何实现读者受教育权提出了具体的措施,以期探索在图书馆管理和服务工作中如何维护读者的受教育权,推进民主、和谐校园的建设。The right to education is a citizen＇s basic right, however has the university student in Our country University to educate generally the power to be blocked the question. This article discussed the university readers take this as the objective point to educate the power to be blocked the form and the origin, and how to realize the reader to educate the power to propose the concrete measure, how did maintain the reader by the time exploration in the library management and the services to educate democratically the power, the advancement, the harmonious campus construction.
