摘  要:研究了低分子量乙烯基聚丁二烯共交联剂(Ricon153D、Ricon154D)对过氧化物(DCP)硫化的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的硫化特性、力学性能、耐热空气老化性能和压缩永久变形的影响。结果表明,乙烯基聚丁二烯使胶料的交联密度增大,压缩永久变形值下降,说明共交联剂有明显的促进交联作用。Ricon153D、Ricon154D改善了硫化胶的耐热空气老化性能。The effects of crosslinking coagent low molecular weight vinyl polybutadiene ( Ricon153D, Ricon154D ) on the curing characteristics, mechanical porperties, hot air aging resistance as well as compression set of EPDM cured by peroxide ( DCP ) were studied.The results showed that low molecular weight vinyl polybutadiene had obvious accelerating effects on vulcanization.The crosslinking density of the compound increased, while the compression set value decreased. Ricon153D and Ricon154D improved hot air aging resistence of the vulcanizate.
