摘　　要：论述了逆向物流的内涵及其重要性和静脉产业在实施逆向物流中的重要作用;分析了静脉产业发展逆向物流业务在网络、技术、市场、规模化经营等方面的优势;探讨了静脉产业参与逆向物流的模式,并得出第三方逆向物流模式是静脉产业参与逆向物流的最佳模式。The connotation and significance of reverse logistics were set forth. Then the important role of vein industry in the implementation of reverse logistics was discussed by analyzing the advantages of vein industry in carrying out the reverse logistics business in network, technology, markets, large-scale operation. The reverse logistics operation models based on vein industry was also discussed, and the third-party reverse logistics may be the best way. Finally the Tianjin Ziya Environmental Protection Industry Park and the Tianjin TEDA enterprises were taken as examples for research, and the case study of how to realize the reverse logistics and how to establish the cooperation between vein industry and making industry was discussed.
