摘 要:环境风险评价主要关心有毒有害、易燃易爆的危险品对周围人身安全及环境的影响,绘制爆炸影响范围是环境风险评价中的一个重要预测内容。人工绘制影响范围既费时、费力、效率低,又会出现绘制误差大等缺点。介绍了运用TNT当量法和超压准则计算爆炸伤害半径,并利用计算机编程引入地理信息系统(GIS)控件MapObjects完成图形显示、绘制影响范围等操作,自动化调用绘图软件Surfer输出高质量图像的方法。此方法优点是:利用计算机可准确计算爆炸影响范围;充分利用MapObejcts控件的图形显示、绘图等功能,界面友好,便于操作;利用Surfer的图形输出功能,有效弥补了MapObjects不能输出高质量图形的缺点。The major concerns of the environmental risk assessment are poisonous, flammable and explosive of dangerous goods on the surrounding personal safety and environmental impact. Mapping the extent of the explosion has been an important content of forecasts in the environmental risk assessment. Mapping the extent of the explosion in manual has many defects, such as time-consuming, laborious, inefficient and big error during drawing. TNT equivalent law and guidelines are used to calculate blast overpressure injury radius and computer is used to program under the premise of introducing geographic information system controls MapObjects, to complete the graphics, mapping the extent of such an operation, and then the mapping software- Surfer is called to plot high-quality images automatically. The advantages of proposed method are using computers to accurately calculate the extent of the explosion; taking full advantage of MapObejcts in the features of graphical display, graphics and others, user-friendly, easy to operate. High-quality graphics can be plotted with Surfer rather than MapObjects.
