摘　　要：本文介绍了济钢中板厂针对高强韧性钢板比例增加的现状,对矫直设备能力及工艺进行了分析,实施了大压下量矫直方案,并对矫直力进行了校核,优化了矫直速度与矫直道次的匹配,形成了高强韧性钢板的矫直工艺。The paper describes that , based on the current situation of increasing proportion of the high strength and high toughness steel plate in the product mix, medium plate rolling plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. carries out analysis on the leveling equipment capacity and process, implements large reduction leveling solution, checks the leveling force, optimizes the matching of leveling speed and leveling pass, thus forms the leveling process for high strength and high toughness steel plate.
