摘　　要：介绍了M60低压电机智能保护控制器在中板厂热剪主电机上的应用。主要介绍M60低压电机智能保护控制器的硬件构成、功能特点、上位机软件使用、系统设置等。在热剪主电机安装使用后,保护作用明显,效果良好,为推广应用到其它电机上提供了先例。The paper describes the application of M60 intelligent protection controller of low voltage motor on hot shear main motor in the medium plate rolling plant. It mainly introduces the hardware configuration, functional features, software application of upper level computer, system setup of the M60 intelligent protection controller for low voltage motor. Apparent protection function and good effect have been witnessed since the installation and operation of the intelligent protection controller on hot shear main motor. It is ready to introduce the application on other motors.
