摘　　要：正确定义和解释监测数据的质量,是有效实施质量控制措施的基础和关键。本文通过对监测数据"五性"要求的分析,阐明了"五性"要求的含义及其与监测过程、监测目的、目标的关系。It＇s a basis and a key for correct definition and explanation of the monitoring data quality to implement quality control measure effectively. From analyzing the monitoring data＇s “Five Nature” demanding, this paper has clarify “Five Nature” signification and the relation between “Five Nature” and the monitoring process, aim and object.
