摘　　要：石垭子水电站建设采用了国际通行的总承包项目管理建设模式，贵阳院石垭子水电站项目总承包项目公司结合该项目的特点，探索出具有自己特色的管理办法，有效地实施对工期、质量、造价、安全的”四大控制”。工程目前处于受控状态。The construction of Shiyazi Hydropower Station adopts the international vulgate form of General Contract Project Management, Shiyazi Hydropower Station General Contract Project Company of GHIDRI explores its own distinctive management method combining characteristics of the project to perform the “four great controls” of project construction period,project quahty,project cost and project safety effectively. At oresent the proiect is under control.
