摘　　要：随着我国高等教育进入大众化发展阶段,高校大学生就业难倍受社会关注。究其原由,关涉政府、社会、高校以及大学生自身等诸多方面。就高校自身而言,构建完善的就业服务体系从而提升大学生就业能力是解决大学生就业难社会问题的重要途径。为此,高校应确立多样化的服务理念和市场导向的服务模式,建立和健全专业化的就业服务机制,设置全程化的就业服务课程,打造高素质、专业化的就业服务师资队伍,建设信息化的就业服务网络系统,以全力提高大学生就业服务效益。With the development of the popularization of higher education in China, the difficulty of employment for college students has arisen much attention. The phenomenon involves the government, society, college and the students themselves. As for college itself, it should establish an employment service system for the students so as to improve students＇ capacity. Diversification of services and market-oriented service model help to establish and improve the professional employment services mechanism. To offer courses of employment services, to organize a team of high-quality, professional teachers, to establish an information network of employment service system are effective measures to improve the efficiency of employment services for college students.
