摘 要:研究在相转移催化剂四丁基溴化铵作用下,在H型电解槽中,以0.5 mol/L硫酸为支持电解质,以铅基二氧化铅为阳极,将苯氧化为对苯醌。以碳棒为阴极,将对苯醌还原为对苯二酚的最佳工艺条件。通过正交实验,研究了反应温度、电流密度、苯与硫酸的体积比、对苯醌浓度对电流效率的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件:温度为40℃、电流密度为5 A.dm-2,苯与硫酸的体积比为1∶2,对苯醌浓度为0.4%时,电流效率达42.46%,对苯二酚的产率达49.75%。Under the influence of tetrabutyl ammonium as phase transfer catalyst, the optimum conditions that benzene was oxidated to 1,4- benzoquinone, 1,4 -benzoquinone would be dexidized to hydroquinone,was studied by 0.5 mol/L sulfuric acid as supporting electrolyte and PbO2 as anode in the H electric tank. Through the orthogonal experiment, the influences of reaction temperature, current density, the volume ratio of benzene and sulfuric acid, the concentration of 1,4 - benzoquinone had been studied. The results showed that the production rate of hydroquinone reached to 49.75% under the optimum conditions,the temperature is 40℃ ,the current density is 5 A ·dm^-2 ,the volume ratio of benzene and sulfuric acid is 1:2 ,the concentration of 1,4 -benzoquinone is 0.4% ,the current effi- ciency reached to 42. 46%.
