摘　　要：介绍采用蠕墨铸铁生产大型焦炉炉门、炉框、保护板等的铸造技术、工艺特点和工艺参数。实践表明，蠕墨铸铁生产的不同壁厚（２０～１７５ｍｍ）、不同重量（６０～３３００ｋｇ）和不同尺寸（最大轮廓尺寸６８５５×９５０（ｍｍ）２）的铸件使用寿命较合金铸铁件有大幅度地提高。The casting technique for large sized coke furnace door, frame, and protect plate made by vermicular graphite cast iron was present in this paper. It was showed that the service life of different wall thick (20～175mm) and different weight (60～3300kg) and different size (6855mm×950mm) made by vermicular graphite cast iron were much longer than that of the alloyed grey cast iron.
