摘　　要：选用低磷、低硫优质生铁、废钢和球铁废辊，工频电炉熔炼经热处理后制成的针状球铁轧辊，具有很高的强度、韧性和耐磨性。针状球铁轧辊的使用寿命比铬钼球铁轧辊提高１．４倍。Acicular structure nodular cast iron roller was produced by choosing lowphosphorus and sulfur pig iron, high quality scrap and used nodluar cast iron rollers, smelted by main frequence furnace and heat treated after it had been cast. For it has high tensile strength good toughness and abrasion resistance and the service live is 1.4 times longer than that of Cr Mo nodular cast iron roller, it has been wide used after successful exploitation.
