摘 要:再生水安全灌溉利用可以有效缓解我国北方农业水资源短缺。研究表明,再生水灌溉条件下根菜类蔬菜产量总体呈现增加趋势,5茬(3种)根菜类蔬菜平均增幅达到21.66%,再生水灌溉对蔬菜水分、可溶性总糖、维生素C、粗蛋白、氨基酸、粗纤维、粗灰分含量等品质指标无显著影响。再生水灌溉条件下根菜类蔬菜硝酸盐含量为63.8-687 mg/kg,亚硝酸盐含量为0.02-0.084 mg/kg,再生水灌溉具有增加试验根菜亚硝酸含量的趋势,但再生水灌溉的蔬菜硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量均低于标准限值。Reclaimed water irrigation (RWI) is an effective measure to deal with water shortage in north China. The effect of reclaimed water irrigation on the yields and quality of root vegetable is studied. Experiments results indicate that yields of 5 batches (3 crops) root vegetable, which are irrigated with reclaimed water, increase by 21. 66% compared with that of freshwater irrigation treatment. There has no significant differences (a=0. 05) on the water contents, soluble sugar, vitamin c, crude protein, amino acid, coarse fiber ,crude ash contents between treatments. The nitrate contents of root vegetables are from 63. 8 mg/kg to 687 mg/kg, the nitrite contents is from 0. 02 mg/kg to 0. 084 mg/kg. There is an increasing tendency of nitrate contents and nitrite contents of irrigation with reclaimed water, hut the contents of a nitrate and nitrite contents are all under the standard limited value under RWI.
