摘　　要：基于当前金融市场准入监管制度存在诸多困境,我国应当在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上,从理念重构和制度设计两个方面来保障金融市场准入监管功能的实现,这包括具体制度的合理设计、配套制度的完善以及法律规则的体系化等三个方面。In view of the many predicaments in the current system of financial market access supervision in China, we shall guarantee the realization of its supervision function from the two aspects of concept reconstruction and system design by referring to the advanced experience from other countries. It includes three aspects, that is, the rational design of concrete system, the perfection of related system and the systemization of laws and regulations.
