摘 要:在青海湖地区的不同样地上,对甘肃棘豆(Oxytropis kansuensis)、宽苞棘豆(O.latibracteata)和黄花棘豆(O.ochrocephaoa)土壤种子库的密度进行了测定,种子密度随着植被中种群分盖度的大小变化幅度很大,80~2220粒/m^2;采用四氮脞法对土壤种子库中的棘豆种子进行种子活力测定,其中77%的种子具有活力;用尼龙袋法测定甘肃棘豆种子在土壤种子库中的寿命,埋置在土壤中6年的甘肃棘豆种子有50%的还存在,暴露在土壤表面的种子有33%存在;6年期间,埋置的种子和暴露在土壤表面的种子每年平均有5%和14%的种子在发芽。Seed densities of O. kansuensis,O, ochrocephaoa and O. latibracteata were surveyed in soil bank in surrounding area of Qinghai Lake. The results showed that seed density ranged widely from 80 to 2220 and 77% seed showed viability based on tetrazolium test. The longevity of O. kansuensis seed was determined by sewing seed into nylon mesh packets and returning them to the site of origin sampling plots,it showed that more than 50% of seed buried 1 cm deep in soil were still present after 6 years,but only 33% of seeds placed on the surface remained. Germinate rate of the buried seed was less than 5% ,but an average of 14% placed on the soil surface. Viability of retrieved seed ranged from 89to 99%.
