摘　　要：在取消农业税、免费义务教育等一系列政策措施推动下,农民的显性负担较以前有了大大的减轻.但是要使农民真正富裕起来,农民的"隐性负担"问题也不容忽视:如农资价格上涨,人情消费有增无减,愚昧消费过多,医疗、教育负担沉重等问题.参4.Because of a series of policy measures such as canceling agricultural tax and free compulsory education, the dominant burdern of peasant has been lightened. However, if we want to make peasants real to be wealthy, their latent burdens should not be neglected. It includes the heavy burden of fanning capital price, favour consumption, ignorant consumption, medical, and educational payment. 4refs.
