摘  要:[目的]使用Labsphere UV-1000紫外线透射分析仪测定临界波长(λC)值,研究各相关实验条件对结果的影响,了解λC值的特征并确定最佳实验条件。[方法]使用LabsphereUV-1000紫外线透射分析仪,分析不同基底板、样品涂布量、空白对照、平衡时间、温度、湿度对λC值的影响。[结果]选择不同基底板(3M膜及单面粗糙的石英板)时,样品所得的λC值不同;随着加样量的增加,λC值也呈小幅上升趋势;在使用LabsphereUV-1000紫外线透射分析仪时,空白对照的选择对λC值无影响;测定时的温、湿度与平衡时间对λC值影响极小。[结论]λC值稳定性强,数据变异小,受实验操作影响小。经本次实验研究认为使用LabsphereUV-1000紫外线透射分析仪测定λC值时,适合的实验条件为:单面粗糙石英板、0.75mg/cm2的加样量、30min的平衡时间、空白粗糙石英板作为对照板以及室内通常温、湿度。[Objective] To investigate the characteristic of critical wavelength and study the appropriate test conditions by Labsphere UV-1000 Transmittance Analyzer.[Methods] The dependent factors such as substrate, temperature, humidity, balance time, blank control and the amount of sample adding were studied by Labsphere UV-1000 Transmittance Analyzer. [ Results ] Critical wavelength was independent on temperature and humidity and balance time. When the Labsphere UV-1000 Transmittance Analyzer is operated, different blank control did not affect the value of critical wavelength. But critical wavelength was incompatible due to different substrates and different applied amount. [ Conclusion ] Critical wavelength was stable and much less sensitive to unavoidable variations in operation. The appropriate test conditions for Labsphere UV-1000 Transmittance Analyzer are roughened quartz plates, application rate of 0.75 mg/cm^2, balance time of 30 min, black roughened quartz plates as control, and usual room temperature and humidity.
