摘　　要：证明了含幺Clifford半群上的Rees矩阵半群S的所有逆断面都是Q-逆断面,S的所有逆断面互相同构并且S的Q-逆断面是它的完全单子半群的Q-逆断面的强半格.To prove that the inverse trarisversals of a Rees matrix semi-group S over a Clifford semi-group with identity are all Q-inverse transversals, all the inverse transversals of S are isomorphic and a Q-inverse transversal of S is the strong semi-lattice of the Q-inverse transversals of its completely simple subsemi-groups.
