摘  要:低渗透和特低渗透油田以小孔、细喉为主,孔隙结构复杂,对注入水水质要求非常高,特别是其中的含油量和固体颗粒,常规水处理技术难以满足其要求。根据低渗透和特低渗透油田的条件,在室内评价出微生物菌种,研发出聚丙烯腈纤维(PVDF)微过滤膜,将微生物与膜过滤技术有机结合起来,在台兴油田和腰英台油田进行现场试验。经过处理后,水质中含油量0.09~0.37mg/L,固体颗粒含量0.4~0.45mg/L,颗粒直径中径0.02~0.1μm,达到油田污水回注A1级标准,满足正常回注的要求。该项技术具有较高的实用价值。Low permeability and extremely low permeability oilfield mainly consists of small holes and thin pore throats with complicate pore structure, requiring very highly on the water quality of the injected water, especially on oil content and solid particle, and the conventional water treatment technology cannot meet its requirements. According to the conditions of the low permeability oilfield and extremely low permeability oilfield, the bacteria of microbe are evaluated in laboratory, the PVDF micro-filtering membrane is developed, and the filed test is performed in Taixing oilfield and Yaoyingtai oilfield by using of combined technology of microbe and membrane filtering. After being treated, the oil content in water decreases to 0.09 - 0.37 mg/L, the content of solid particle is 0.4 - 0.45 mg/L, the intermediate diameter of particle diameter is 0, 02 - 0.1 μm, and the recirculated water meets the requirements of Class A standards on produced water reinjection. This technology has high practical value.
