摘　　要：深入分析AutoCAD与ArcGIS在图元、图层表达、数据格式等表达上不同的基础上,充分利用CAD批量处理数据的优势,提出了在AutoCAD环境下对空间数据进行处理的思想和方法,使地理空间数据在进入ArcGIS环境后的编辑工作量最小.On the basis of analyzing the differences of map unit, layers expression and data formats in AutoCAD and AreGIS, with full use of the advantage of the batch data processing in CAD, the thought and method of the process about spatial data in the AutoCAD environment is ptoposed to reduce the edit work of geospatial data in the ArcGIS environment to the smallest.
