摘  要:采用分光光度法测定茯苓中活性成分的含量。测得茯苓中碱溶性聚糖的含量为51.8g/100g、水溶性聚糖的含量为0.9g/100g、三萜类的含量为0.3g/100g。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于控制茯苓的质量。Spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the content of polysaccharides and triterpenes in Poria cocos. The average content of alkali-soluble polysaccharides was 51.8 g/100 g, the average content of hydrophilic polysaccharides was 0.9 g/100 g, and the average content of triterpenes was 0.3 g/100 g. The spectrophotomerry is a simple, high-speed and accurate method that can be used for quality control of Poria cocos.
