摘 要:水泥基注浆体被广泛地应用于锚固体系中,其物理力学特性是锚固体系优化设计的关键参数,而当今所有的预锚规范仅对注浆体的水泥标号及抗压强度作了相应规定,这显然是不够的,因此,对水泥注浆体的力学特性进行研究显得很有必要。通过对不同配比注浆体物理力学性能的测试,采用岩锚抗拔试验研究其对锚固力的影响。结果表明:在水灰比相同的情况下,增加砂率可以提高注浆体的抗拉强度,并提高内锚固段两个界面的粘结力,从而整体增强锚索的锚固能力。The cement-based grout has been used extensively in the current reinforcing systems of pres- tressed anchored steel rope. Its physical and mechanical characteristic is one of critical parameters for optimizing design of reinforcing systems. Only the cement grade and compressive strength of cement-based grout have been noticed in the current prestressed anchor specification. Obviously, other characteristic of cement-based grout is not considered. Therefore, it is necessary to study the mechanical characteristic of cement-based grout. This paper reports the findings of a laboratory test on the physical and mechanical characteristics of cement grout and pullout tests of grouted , 7 - strand steel cable under similar conditions for different grouts. The results indicated that the high sand ratio can increase both the tensile strength of grout and bond strength at anchor-grout and grout-rock interface for the same water cement ratio.
