摘　　要：非传统矿产资源是指目前技术经济及环境因素限制而尚未被有效地认识、发现、勘探和开发利用的矿产资源。非传统矿产资源体系包括非传统矿产、非传统勘查技术方法、非传统矿业及非传统矿业经济,这是传统地学和矿业的创新命题。启动重庆市非传统矿产资源的开发利用研究,不仅作为解决矿产资源匮乏的可靠途径,而且提供矿产资源保障的重要开发研究领域,也是社会经济持续发展和矿产资源形势的必然要求。Non-traditional mineral resources is the mineral resources which have not been recognized,de- fected and explored yet for restriction of technical economic and environmental factors. Non-traditional mineral resources system include non-traditional minerals, non-traditional survey techniques, non-traditional mining and nontraditional mining economy, which is the innovative proposition on tradional geology and mining. Chongqing municipality initiated the research with regard to non--traditional mineral resources development and utilization, not only as a reliable way to deal with the shortage of mineral resources, but also provide important protection of mineral resources development research, but also is the inevitable demand of sustainable development of social economy and the situation of mineral resources.
