南充高坪区嘉陵江畔鼠型小兽多样性调查

摘　　要：2007年3月至10月,对南充高坪区嘉陵江畔农田及荒地生境的小型兽类多样性进行调查.投放有效铗日2760,捕获小型兽类318只,有褐家鼠(Rattus norvegicus)、社鼠(Niviventer confucianus)、黄胸鼠(Rattus tanezumi)、黑线姬鼠(Apodemus agrarius)、大足鼠(Rattus nitidus)、小家鼠(Mus musculus)、灰麝鼩(Crodura attenuata)、四川短尾鼩(Anourosorexsquamipes)等8种鼠型小兽,分属啮齿目(Rodentia)鼠形亚目(Myomorpha)的鼠科(Muridae)和鼩形目(Soricomorpha)的鼩鼱科(Soricidae)四川短尾鼩和黑线姬鼠为优势种,其种群性比通过X2检验,与1∶1无显著差异.测得多样性Shannon-wiener指数H=1.606,Margalef丰富度指数R=1.215,均匀性指数J=0.535,生态优势度指数D=0.394.From March to October, 2007 , the rodent community was sampled on the bank of the Jialing River in the area of Gaoping , Nanchong City. A total of 318 individuals were trapped with 2760 trap-days during the research period, and 8 small mammal species were recorded in the area , including Rattus novegicus,, Niviventer confucian, us ,Rattus tanezum ,Apodemus agrarius, Rattus nitidus, Mus musculus, Crodura attenuate and Anourosorex squamipes etc . Thesse species of 8 small mammal are remained with tow orders , namely INSECTIVORA and RODENTIA. The results show that the Anourosorex squamipes and Apodemus agrarius were preponderance . The diversity and evenness indexes of the small mammal community were caculated with the Shanno--Weiner formula. The results show that the diversity indexes of the community H = 1. 606, the evenness index J = 0. 535, and the rechness indexs R = 1. 215 ,the zoological dominance indexes D =0. 394. The sex ratio ofAnourosorex squamipes and Apodemus agrarius （♀ 51/♂49）were 1.04（p =0.765,P〉0.05） and （♀71/♂81）0.8765（p=0.417,p 〉0.05）.There is no significent difference with Chi-squares analyzing from 1： 1. The same results showed in the species of Mus musculus ,their ratio about female and male（ ♀ 10/♂ 14） is 0. 7143（ p =0. 414 ,p 〉0.05 ）.
