摘  要:用稀土复合溶胶雾化-热解方法制备了Ba3MgSi2O8:Eu2+,Mn2+荧光材料,在近紫外光激发下,可同时发射红、绿和蓝三光进而合成白光.用微结构参数与发射波长的半定量关系,验证了505 nm绿光发射来自于Ba3MgSi2O8主基质相中伴生的微量Ba2SiO4相;基于Mn2的激发光谱和Eu2+的发射光谱的重叠关系,红光来源于Eu2+的蓝光发光中心的能量传递,分析了Eu2+和Mn2+之间的能量传递机理.A phosphor, Ba3 MgSi2O8 : Eu^2+ , Mn^2+ is synthsizerd via rare- earth composite sol spray- pyrolysis route. This phosphor has three emission bands of red, green and blue, which can be combined to white light under near- UV light irradiation. A semi- quantitative formula between microstructure parameter and lowest energy edge, verified that 505 nm - peaked green emission originate from a coexisting Ba3SiO4 phase in dominant Ba3MgSi2O8 host; In terms of overlap relationship between excitation band of Mn^2+ and emission band of Eu^2+ , red emission ascribe to some energy transfer from blue luminescent center of Eu^2 + , and the mechanisms of energy transfer between Eu- Mn are detailed.
