摘　　要：为解决跨海大桥和船舶双方的安全问题,以舟山金塘大桥被"勤丰128"轮碰撞事故为例,分析国内外船舶碰撞跨海大桥事故的原因,探讨有效提高舟山跨海大桥水域通航管理水平的方法,提出合理化建议,以利于跨海大桥的防撞管理和船舶的安全驾驶.In order to solve the safe problem between the sea-crossing bridges and ships, the causes of domestic and abroad collision accidents between the sea-crossing bridges and ships are analyzed according to the collision accident between M/V QINFENG 128 and the Jintang bridge. The necessity of improving marine traffic administration in Zhoushan sea-crossing bridge area is studied, and some reasonable suggestions are presented so as to make benefit for administration of collision avoidance between ships and bridges, and safe navigation.
