摘　　要：克拉玛依油田水平井钻井,从"八五"开始攻关到现在规模化推广应用,从起步、发展到成熟,已经形成了完善配套的技术体系。钻井液技术针对水平井钻井实际需要,对钻井液体系、井眼稳定、减阻防卡、井眼清洁、防漏堵漏和油气层保护等关键技术开展研究,不断取得新的进展,并通过实践应用和再认识,形成了具有本油田特色的水平井钻井液与油气层保护技术。In Karamay oil field, Horizontal well drilling technology has formed mature technical system from the'Eighth Five-Year' research to the application of it. The drilling fluid technology which is aimed at the realhorizontal drilling demand, has formed our special system and oil &gas formation protection technology in thefollowing areas: stabilizing the well, drag reduction and anti-leakage, cleaning the wellbore, preventing theleaking, and protecting the oil&gas formation.
