摘　　要：目的建立医院制剂苓槐丸的鉴别方法。方法对土茯苓和槐花进行显微鉴别,对槐花、苍术和黄柏进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果对土茯苓、槐花、苍术和黄柏进行定性鉴别。结论该方法简便可行,重现性好。Objective To establish an identification method for LingHuai Wan. Methods Rhizoma S-milacis Glabrae and Flos Sophorae were identified by light microscope; Flos Sophorae, Rhizoma A-tractylodis and Cortex Phellodendri were identified by TLC. Results Rhizoma Smilacis Glabra-e, Flos Sophorae, Rhizoma Atractylodis and Cortex Phellodendri could be identified by TLC. Conclusion The method is available with a good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of LingHuai Wan.
