摘 要:根据选铁尾矿泥化严重、矿浆浓度波动大的特点,选用高效浓缩设备———斜管浓缩箱对选铁尾矿进行浓缩脱泥,采用新型捕收剂ZL,经过常温浮选和加温精选,在选铁尾矿WO3品位约为0.16%时,最终获得钨精矿品位60.70%、对选铁尾矿回收率为61.58%的指标.使选铁尾矿中低品位的钨得到综合回收.According to the characteristics of serious sliming of the minerals from iron tailings and pulp density volatile,the high efficiency thickening equipment was adopted to thickening and desliming,and the new collector ZL was used in room temperature flotation and heating cleaning of scheelite. The tungsten concentrate with grade of 60. 70% and recovery of 61.58% were attained as the feed grade of 0. 16%. The low grade scheelite in iron tailings was recovered comprehensively.
