摘 要:目的为复方薄荷脑滴鼻液选择合适的包材。方法采用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、聚酯(PET)和玻璃3种材料作为药液的包材,应用紫外分光光度法、微生物学方法,检测不同存放条件下(不同照度和温度)复方薄荷脑滴鼻液的品质变化情况。结果暗处和低温有利于复方薄荷脑滴鼻液的稳定。瓶内主药含量比较:PET≥玻璃>LDPE,4℃≥常温>40℃。结论在阴凉处使用PET作为复方薄荷脑滴鼻液的容器能很好的保证其质量,效果优于LDPE,实用性强于玻璃。Objective To find a proper packaging for Compound Menthol Nasal Drops. Methods Compound Menthol Nasal Drops was dispensed into 3 different containers, which was made of LDPE, PET, and glass, respectively. UV-vis and microorganism were used to detect the quality of Compound Menthol Nasal Drops under different illumination and temperature. Results The quality of Compound Menthol Nasal Drops remained stable under dark and cool condition. The contents of Compound Menthol Nasal Drops within 3 different containers were as follow: PET≥ glass ≥LDPE, 4℃ ≥ room temperature 〉40℃. Conclusion PET container is preferable for the quality of Compound Menthol Nasal Drops in cool condition, and it was more practicable than glass. Therefore, to store Compound Menthol Nasal Drops in PET container under dark and cool condition is recommended.
