摘  要:采用液相沉淀法制备出纳米棒状MnO2材料,循环伏安测试表明,所制备的MnO2电极材料具有良好的电容特性和较高的比电容量;循环充放电测试显示样品具有理想的循环充放电特性.Manganese oxide has been considered to be a promising electrode material for supercapacitors in terms of its low cost, natural abundance, environmental friendliness and superior electrochemical performance. In this paper nanorod-like manganese dioxide was prepared by chemical co-precipitation method and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to characterize the electrode materials. Electrochemical properties of the synthesized materials were analyzed by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge. An energy storage device of good cycling stability and high specific capacitance was gained. Cyclic voltammetry gave perfect capacitor behavior at different scan rates and its initial specific discharge capacitance reached 243.5 F · g^-1 at constant current. The sample also exhibited good cyclic performance.
