摘 要:段塞技术是对付早期油气井砂堵的有效工艺措施之一,而优选段塞颗粒大小对于降低滤失、削减裂缝条数来说至关重要。通过引入裂缝允许支撑剂进入的准则,分析了优选段塞颗粒大小时需要考虑的问题:段塞颗粒大小对降滤效果的影响;阻力多裂缝的吃砂宽度;天然裂缝的动态宽度大小,主要根据地应力剖面真实计算天然裂缝的开启宽度,而地应力大小的对比对于天然裂缝的开启宽度具有制约作用。新疆油田已经成功压裂20余口井的实践表明,克拉美丽气田由于储层应力剖面的特殊性,40~70目支撑剂段塞使用比较广泛且有效,而70~140目颗粒段塞则效果不理想。Slug technology is one of the effective treatments for early sand plug in oil-gas wells. It's very important to optimize the grain size for slug to decrease both filtration and fracture number. According to the criterion that proppant can get into fracture, this paper analyzes some problems need to be considered in the optimization: the effect of grain size on filtration control; the width of multiple-fracture with high-resistance; the dynamicwidth of natural fracture. An open width of natural fracture is calculated by in-situ stress profile, and the width is controlled by the stress. More than 20 successfully fractured wells in Xinjiang oilfield indicate that due to the particularity of reservoir stress profile in Klameli gasfield, the proppant slug size with 40~70 mesh has been widely used and is more effective than the one with 70~140 mesh.
