摘  要:综述了国内外环空封隔材料研究现状,借鉴前人研究成果,提出了利用已经成熟应用的修井防漏失材料的技术原理,在室内合成了环空封隔材料,并探讨了合成中的影响因素,进行了环空封隔材料的强度、降解时间等性能参数的测试。研究结果表明:合成的环空封隔材料聚合(和)时间在24~48h之间,聚合后突破压力梯度可以达到38MPa/m,降解时间在24~96h之间。测试结果显示所研制的水平井堵水用环空封隔材料能够满足大港油田等中东部水平井化学封隔技术的要求。The annular casing packoff(ACP)material is the key material for water shutoff in horizontal well using chemical packoff technology during screen completion.The domestic study is still in the early stage.Therefore,describing the material research at home and abroad,learning the experiences,we synthesized the ACP material in the laboratory using the common-used technical theory of anti-leakage material for well workover.Factors affecting the synthesis have been discussed.For the material,the property parameters of strength and degradation time have also been tested.The result indicates that the polymerizing time of the synthetic material is between 24~48h,the breakthrough pressure gradient can arrive at 38 MPa/m after polymerization,and the degradation time is between 24~96h.According to the test result,the material can meet the requirement of the chemical packoff for horizontal wells in some oilfields located at central and eastern China,such as Dagang oilfield.
