摘  要:以苯酐和乙醇为原料,用SO42-/SiO2,SO42-/TiO2,SO24-/SnO2,SO24-/BOx-POy及活性炭负载磷钨酸为催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP),考察了固体酸催化剂的种类、催化剂的用量、醇酐比、反应时间等因素对DEP产率的影响。结果表明,其优化工艺操作条件为:苯酐14.8 g,固体酸催化剂SO42-/BOx-POy3.0 g,醇酐比4∶1,带水剂环己烷21 mL,反应时间8 h,产品收率达64%以上。且固体酸催化活性较高,分离方便,重复使用性高,可望代替浓硫酸作催化剂合用于DEP的合成。The synthesis of DEP was performed by esterification of ethanol and phthalic anhydride through different catalysts such as SO4^2-/SiO2, SO4^2-/TiO2, SO4^2-/SnO2, SO4^2-/BOx-POy and phosphorus acid loaded by activated carbon. The influence factors of esterification were researched, such as the sorts of the solid acid, the amounts of catalyst, the ratio of ethanol to phthalic anhydride, the reaction time and so on. the experimental results showed that the best technical operation conditions are as following: 14.8 g phthalic anhydride ,3.0 g the SO4^2-/BOx-POy catalyzer, the ratio of ethanol to phthalic anhydride 4 : 1, cyclohexane 21 mL,reaction time 8 h, its productivity can be above 64%. This solid acid has excellences such as higher catalytic activity, simple separation, efficient reuse. It can be used to replace oil of vitriol as catalyst of synthesizing DEP.
