摘 要:建立了浊点萃取.分光光度法测定痕量铁的新方法。详细考察了溶液的pH值、螯合剂和表面活性剂浓度、平衡温度和时间等条件对浊点萃取效果的影响。该方法的线性范围为6.0—500μg/L(r=0.9996),检出限为1.58μg/L,加标回收率为98.7%-101.6%,相对标准偏差为1.3%-2.2%。该方法已成功应用于实际水样分析。A new method for the determination of trace iron by spectrophotometric after cloud point extraction was proposed. The effects of experimental conditions such as pH value, concentration of chelating agent and surfactant, equilibration temperature and time on cloud point extraction were discussed. Under the optimum conditions, a good linear relationship was obtained in the range of 6.0 ~500 μg/L of the iron (r = 0. 999 6), the detection limits of 1. 58 μg/L. The recoveries fell in the range from 98.7% to 101.6% and the relative standard deviations were between 1.3% and 2.2%. This method has been applied for the determination of iron in real water samples with satisfactory results.
