摘  要:电工圆铝杆生产存在一些质量不稳定因素,其中电阻率超标危害最大。从生产实际出发,可确定造成电阻率较高的主要影响因素是原铝中的微量元素钒、钛、锰、铬较高。除可降低电阻率外,稀土对电工圆铝杆的质量影响不大。针对这种现状,通过理论分析和相关调查,决定采用铝液硼化处理的新工艺有效除杂,降低铝杆电阻率。实践证明,铝液经硼化处理生产出的铝杆,电阻率明显降低,优化了铝杆的导电性能,为铝杆的质量提高打下了坚实的基础。High resistivity is one of the most harmful factors that may deteriorate the quality of electrical aluminum rod. Based on the insitu statistic, it is concluded that high concentrations of vanadium, fitanitan, manganese and chromittm are the main mason contributing to the high resistivity of the Al rod. Rare earth dopants exhibit no obvious effect on the quality of the Al rod except they may reduce the resistivity. Based on the theoretical analysis and research, new boron doping treatment was adopted to manufacturing the Al rod. The resistivity of the as treated Al rod was reduced. The electrical properties of the Al rod were also optimized. This research may lay out a sound basis for the future manufacturing of electrical aluminum rod.
