贵州水电资源开发利用前景的分析研究

摘　　要：通过对贵州省水电资源的开发利用潜力及其制约因素的分析研究,提出了进行水土保持综合治理、加强部门协调合作、征收水资源开发补偿费等水电综合治理措施,不仅对加快贵州省水电开发建设项目的科学规划与合理利用,促进贵州省社会、生态以及经济良性发展环境的构建具有重要的指导意义,而且极大地推动了两江流域上游生态文明建设的进程,促进了人与生态环境的和睦共存。By analyzing the potentialof developing the hydroelectric resources in Guizhou Province and the restrictive factors, this paper is an attempt to propose some measures to carry on the comprehensive management of water and soil conservation, strengthen the coordinated cooperation between departments, levy water resources development compensation , and so on. That is of great significance to speeding up the reasonable use of the hydroelectric development projects in Guizhou Province, promoting the economic benign development in Guizhou Province and impelling enormously the ecological civilization of the two-river basin , promoting the harmonious coexistence of the humanity and the ecological environment.
