摘　　要：随着区域科学的勃兴和我国法治建设的推进,区域法治逐渐成为了依法治国论题中一个全新的理论视角。区域法治本身蕴涵着强化理论认识和促进现实问题解决之双重价值,对其的理论架构则应该从区域的界定、区域法治的功能目标、价值取向及核心内容三个角度进行。With the advancement of the law construction and the boom of the regional science in China, regional rule of law has gradually become a new theoretical perspective among the subjects of managing state affairs by law. The importance is also increasingly conspicuous during the procession of promoting the regional legal system developed thoroughly. Regional rule of law itself contains the dual values of strengthening the theoretical awareness and promoting realistic question solution, its theoretical framework should be based on the definition of the region, the goals and the functions of the regional rule of law, the value orientation and the core content.
